MMGolf, LLC ("we", "us") provides a mobile golf simulator brought to a location of the customer's choosing. Service includes delivery, setup, on-site support during agreed booking window, and teardown.

Reservations are confirmed when payment authorization is captured. Full charge applies 48 hours before the scheduled session. Walk-up or same-day bookings are charged in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session are fully refundable. Between 72 and 24 hours, 50% of the package price is refundable. Within 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability.

Customer is responsible for providing a clear setup area of at least 10ft × 12ft with a minimum ceiling height of 9ft, access to a standard 110V outlet, and a level surface. We will not set up in unsafe conditions and reserve the right to cancel on arrival with full refund if site conditions are unsafe.

Customer represents they have authority to allow setup at the address provided. Customer is responsible for damage to the equipment caused by guests under their supervision (excluding normal wear). We carry liability insurance for damage we cause to the property.

For outdoor setups, we may delay or reschedule due to weather conditions that risk equipment damage. Reschedules due to weather are at no charge.
